The RCRPC MPO has a Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), a federally required policy document outlining strategies and actions for addressing transportation needs. region. The 2025-2050 update will build upon the existing plan to ensure that Richland County continues to be a viable community for residents, visitors, and businesses.
